Because my wife and I only let two properties, we have a very personal interest in both and in ensuring that they are maintained in excellent condition. We have a much more hands on approach than larger landlords, who because of the quantity of houses they manage, cannot offer the same kind of personal service.
If something needs to be fixed, you will always be able to contact us. Also being a graduate from Kent University, I know what University life is like and perhaps can empathise with students better than some other landlords.
Although we will visit from time to time, your privacy is respected and you will always be given adequate notice.
