Our student houses in Canterbury are located in the best possible places so as to be convenient for both University and the city centre.
Just next to Eliot footpath and so the shortest walking distance you can get. Previous students have told me that it takes longer to walk from Parkwood.
Also there are no parking restrictions in Salisbury Road for 6 Students or St. Michael’s Road for 3 Students.
Both homes are decorated to an excellent standard and provide all the facilities you would expect including double beds in all bedrooms. In addition both homes have good sized lounges with wide screen televisions and every bedroom has a TV point.
Because we only manage two houses, this enables us to pay a lot of individual attention to them particularly during July and August. Consequently new people will always move into extremely clean and tidy properties with working appliances.
If you want to live in a home rather than a typical student house then it’s unlikely you will find better places to live in Canterbury.
There is no security deposit to pay because we trust you to look after them.
